It was Late Nelson Mandel who was known for his exchange abilities, when Harvard Professor of Law school, Robert H Mnookin in his Seminal Book, "Bartering with the Devil - when to Negotiate when to Fight" says Nelson Mandela is the Best Negotiator in the History.
All things considered, I am not here to discuss the Negotiation done by extraordinary pioneers, I am here going to tell about the First Negotiator on the planet, which is most likely value for the individuals who are good to go, for their business advancement in the new period. There are heaps of Strategic changes occurring in Business Before and after Covid 19. Indeed, even we can say the cutting edge world can be viewed as Before Covid19 and After Covid 19.
God made everything all together and was delightful, he made humanity in his picture, and he set them in a commercial center where they can go through their time on earth. The commercial center has been named as Garden of Eden. It is God who advised humanity not to eat a specific organic product which is the center of that Garden, "Tree of Knowledge of good and malevolence". Snake enticed the lady Eve and she ate the products of the soil realize that she gave something similar to her cherished spouse Adam.
Eve offered the natural product for a bit to Adam, I was envisioning how Adam reacted and how she could respond to that circumstance. Adam may have told, "NO'" or He might have a goal to give it a shot. Whatever it very well might be the response of Eve could be this way "listen I had the slightest bit of this natural product, it was succulent, heavenly, delicious, I had not seen such a desire for this spot, take a little". Adam gave it a shot.
We as a whole realize that God has situated this first couple about the Marketplace Garden of Eden. I'm seeing the "Tree of Knowledge of good and insidiousness" as an item on the lookout, where it was prohibited to buy. In any case, it was sold!! How could it be the Serpent? No, Serpent just showcased the item, however, Eve sell the item utilizing her Negotiation ability.
To be a successful Negotiation person, what you need to have is:
1. Effective Communication- Always use simple language, and be an active listener
2. Create Interest in the subject - Make the customer understand Why? What and How? Part of the product
3. Build Relationship - Success of business begins with the relationship
4. Show the Big picture - state the purpose and its usage
5. Understanding - you need to understand about the product and the customer requirement and make them understand
